ManufactoryVALCOLATTE is an Italian manufacturer located in Pontenure (Piacenza), on an area of about 112,000 square meters. We collect only Italian milk from local breeders, thus providing a full traceability on our raw materials. We use 600,000 litres of Italian milk per day for the production of fresh and frozen: mozzarella ricotta, and smoked scamorza. Production site covers an area of 26,000 square meters an our staff counts on 500 employees. We have also an internal laboratory to check all products.
