Manufactory Since 1705 we have been milling wheat with pure passion. Working naturally is our greatest value. Our whole range of flour is 100% natural, without the addition of enzymes and chemical additives. Offering high-quality products is our main goal. To achieve this goal, we have put the best technology at the service of the artisan culture and today, in our plants, we grind over 450 tons of soft wheat per day, 85% of which is Italian. We produce over 60 different types of flour from soft wheat, Spelt and other cereals. We have dedicated an entire mill to the exclusive milling of certified organic and 100% Italian zero mile wheat: we have called it Farinaria.
